Compass Health, Northwest Washington’s behavioral healthcare leader, integrates behavioral health, and medical care services to support clients and communities when and where they need us. Building on a century of experience, we are forging new, nationally recognized models of care that bring together highly skilled mental health professionals, primary care providers, peer counselors, and others to treat the whole person. We address complex healthcare needs in partnership with first responders and other community organizations. From comprehensive mental health treatment to crisis intervention, children’s services, housing, and community education, our non-profit organization serves people of all ages throughout Snohomish, Skagit, Island, San Juan, and Whatcom counties. Additionally, the Genoa Pharmacy in downtown Everett provides free naloxone kits (Narcan) to anyone with Medicaid or other insurance without the need for a provider visit or prescription. Operations under COVID-19 – In September of 2019, Compass Health piloted a new mobile telehealth system, the Compass Health Bridge. The Bridge enables our providers to connect virtually with clients in community or home settings. During the pandemic, our use of telehealth to connect with clients has increased by nearly 1200%. Across our wraparound youth services alone, team members have participated in 60 touchpoints a day with you and families via telehealth. This new technology is serving as a bridge to partnerships across the community that will support underserved populations well into the future.
